Group Programs

Gentle, neuroaffirming group spaces for neurodivergent kids, teens, adults & parents.

At Sarah Conway Psychology, our group programs are created as safe, supportive, neuroaffirming spaces where neurodivergent kids, teens, adults, and parents can explore who they are, build confidence, and connect with others who truly get it.

Every group is facilitated by an experienced neuroaffirming therapist who understands the unique needs of ND individuals and families. I intentionally guide the culture of each group — ensuring everyone feels safe, respected, included, and understood. I actively manage group dynamics, support communication differences, and nurture a space where participants can share, learn, and grow at their own pace without pressure or judgment.

These groups blend education, identity exploration, real-life skills, lived experience, and community.

Below you'll find all the groups available in 2026, including schedules, pricing, and group size limits

Building Your Neurodivergent Identity Programs

Building your Neurodivergent Identity is a psycho-educational group program that runs over 6 sessions, in small groups of 5-6 people.

These groups are spaces for exploring who you are (or who your child is) as a neurodivergent person. These programs focus on understanding your brain, your sensory and emotional needs, your strengths, and how to support yourself (or your child) in a way that feels aligned and empowering. They’re reflective, educational, and connection-focused — designed to help people feel seen, validated, and confident in their neurodivergent identity.

ND Me: Kids

Ages 8-12

A gentle, joyful space for neurodivergent kids to explore who they are — and feel proud of it.

This is a small, supportive group where children learn about their brains, their strengths, their sensory needs, and what helps them feel regulated and safe.

Through activities, discussions, movement, and creative expression, kids begin to understand themselves with confidence rather than confusion — alongside peers who truly get them.

$750 per term (6 weeks)

ND Me: Teens

Ages 13-17

A validating, empowering space for teens navigating identity in a world that often misunderstands them.

This group supports autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent teens to explore their identity, emotional patterns, sensory needs, relationships, strengths, and self-advocacy.

It’s a place to exhale, explore, and be fully themselves with other neurodivergent young people.

ND Adults

Ages 18+

A safe, affirming space for newly-identified or late-identified neurodivergent adults.

This group supports adults to explore their identity, unlearn unhelpful narratives, understand their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves after years of masking or misunderstanding.

We explore communication styles, burnout cycles, sensory needs, boundaries, workplace experiences, relationships, and self-compassion — all alongside community.

Social and Connection Programs

Our social groups (Brick Club and Boardgame Buddies) are interest-based community spaces where kids practise communication, collaboration, and social skills naturally through play. These groups are less structured, more activity-based, and built around fun, shared interests, and gentle support.

Brick Club

Ages 5+

A playful LEGO®-based social group using the evidence-based Brick-by-Brick™ method.

Brick Club offers a structured but fun environment where kids collaborate on LEGO projects, practise flexible thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and peer connection — all supported in a neuroaffirming way.

Perfect for kids who learn best through shared interests and hands-on play.

$900 per term (8 weeks)
